“quitting is easy, I’ve done it thousands of times” This is a joke my father made all the time in relation to quitting smoking. He died at the age of 52 of lung cancer.
My friend Zac quit 3 months ago and hasn’t touched a cigarette since. He is the only one out of many friends who has been able to do this, by him allowing me to do this tattoo on him he has let me express just how proud I am of him. 
Oh and we used to be in a pseudo bike gang called the heathers.
